EDIA Training Based on Data and an Active Partnership
Ongoing education is fundamental to improving equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in the workplace. In our view, the ideal training program is a combination of e-Learnings, quizzes, follow-up workshops that are informed by the results of quiz data (seeing that each company is different, ideally the workshops that are facilitated are tailored), and certificates of completion that both incentivize and acknowledge each employee’s hard work — and all rolling out over a period of time.
When we work with organizations or departments within organizations, this is the primary approach we recommend. We are the only firm of its kind offering such a rigorous approach to EDIA training.
