By reskilling, we don’t lose our relevance; we ensure that we remain at the heart of the process. Reskilling isn’t about competing with technology—it’s about learning how to work with it to elevate our impact. It’s about learning new skills that allow us to be even more effective in areas where technology can’t replace us—like strategy, leadership, creativity, and building connections. For example, in healthcare, AI can assist doctors by analyzing medical data quickly, but it’s the healthcare professional who makes the final decision, communicates with patients, and provides compassionate care.
